Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG

Brut

The minerality of the Conegliano hills combines with the characteristically delicate acidity of the Valdobbiadene terroir to inject life into our Jeio Brut, a Prosecco Superiore that invigorates the palate.

With its fresh personality and decisive notes of golden apple, citrus, and spring blossom, this is the perfect wine for drinking throughout a whole meal. It also makes a superb companion to a round of sophisticated hors d’oeuvres.

  • Grapes: min. 85% Glera.

  • Appearance: brilliant, vivid straw yellow, with an especially fine, vivacious perlage.

  • On the nose: charming, elegant, it yields notes of fruit, with subtle strains of ripened yellow fruits.

  • In the mouth: soft, elegant, and savoury, the developed notes of fruit lend the aromatics a suggestion of fine perfume.

  • Alcohol content: 11.5% vol.

Jeio Territorio Tip

From the steep, rocky, vineyard-strewn hills of Valdobbiadene, still tenaciously and lovingly tended by hand, we bring you our Prosecco Superiore.

When the Habsburg empire occupied the Veneto, the Austrian soldiers used to order in the osterie shouting: "Spritzen!", which means to spray, referring to the addition of water necessary to make lighter the wine. In this way Spritz was born!

Between tradition
and Happy Hour

Aperitivo is not synonymous with Happy Hour. The traditional ritual is in fact preparatory to dinner and it’s enjoyed before sitting at the table between 6 pm and 8 pm.

It’s a good habit to accompany a good glass of wine with inviting canapés, finger food or olives, which have the task of whetting the appetite before dinner.
