2006 Bisol Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Brut Crede
Prosecco is flying off the shelves and, tasting this, you cas see why. It says brut on the label, but this sparkler hasn't the dryness of its Champagne equivalent. It's light and delicate, with fresh pear and apple notes on the nose and a gentle mousse in the mouth. Very quaffable indeed.
