TALENTO METODO CLASSICO - The high
quality and the recent history
Chardonnay,
Pinot Nero and Pinot
Bianco, are grown in a small
vineyard of 4 hectars. These grapes
are utilized to produce an extremely
selected sparkling wine, made using
a second fermentation in bottle, which
takes place for at least 36 months,
in the Bisol cellar.
