| Produced from Pinot Bianco,
Chardonnay and Pinot Nero grapes grown in vineyards
in the upper hills, the wine is fermented with
the use of selected yeasts. It remains at least
30 months in the cellar to mature at a constant

wine’s capacity to please and its austerity
make it, above all, a great aperitif.
