| The wine bases used in making
sparkling wines are drawn from exceptional vineyards.
Slow refermentation in the bottle at a constant
temperature of 12° C. (54° F.), the
contribution of selected yeasts and maturation
of at least 36 months are responsible for the
extraordinary level of quality of this incomparably
dry sparkling wine.
Zone: Treviso province in
the Veneto region.
Grapes: Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay
and Pinot Nero.
Color: Straw yellow enlivened
by a minute, abundant and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Rich, elegant and
balanced aromas with scents of flowers of the
meadows and woods.
Flavor: Dry, full, sapid and
inviting but also harmoniously vivacious and
elegant.
The wine has 12.5° of alcohol and makes
a perfect accompaniment for meals based on fish
and shellfish. Outside meals, it adds a touch
of class to important gatherings. Serve it at
8° C. (46° F.).
