| Prosecco produced with selected
grapes from vineyards on the upper hills where,
thanks to soil and microclimate, it develops
incomparable finesse. Zone: Conegliano-Valdobbiadene
DOC in the Veneto’s Treviso province.
Grapes: Prosecco, Pinot Bianco
and Verdiso.
Color: Straw yellow with a
minute and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Fruity with rich scents
of wildflowers.
Flavor: Fruity with pronounced
hints of apples and pears; a harmony that is
rounded out by appropriate sapidity.
The alcohol level is 11.5° and the wine
is extremely drinkable. Serve it at 9° C.
(48° F.) outside meals as an aperitif or
as an accompaniment for light foods. Recommended
goblet: Chalice.
