The wine’s name is derived from SALIS,
a sandstone of marine origin that because of
its physical-chemical makeup discourages extensive
development of vegetation. Well-spread clusters
with small berries, rich in noble acids, salts
and delectable aromas, captured through light
maceration, evolve into persistent and harmonious
sensations.
