| The wine’s name is
derived from MOLERA, a soft rock that emerges
from the surfaces of slopes of morainic hills
whose clayey and sandy terrain assures development
of sapid grapes with big bodies and excellent
finesse. Vinification is preceded by cold maceration,
which brings out the fruitiness of the grapes.
Zone: Conegliano-Valdobbiadene
DOC in Treviso province in the Veneto.
Grapes: Prosecco and Verdiso.
Color: Brilliant straw yellow

Bouquet: Elegant and balanced
scents of wildflowers, apples and pears.
Flavor: Full, sapid, lightly
fruity and vivacious.
The wine has 11.5° of alcohol and it should
be drunk in its youth. Served at 12° C.
(54° F.), it makes a fine accompaniment
for appetizers, soups and pasta, white meats,
fish and shellfish.
Recommended goblet: Chalice.
