| The dialectical term GARNEI
means “grape seeds” and refers to
the selection of clusters according to age,
clone and suitability. Selection is followed
by cold maceration of the grapes and, a year
later, by a second fermentation with use of
the Charmat method. Meticulous care that assures
extraordinarily intriguing results.
