| The name CARTIZZE refers
to a small but celebrated hilly zone characterized
by a stony terrain with a balanced chemical
composition and constant humidity. There, the
Prosecco grapes ripen slowly and, at the end,
develop a rich and complete as well as harmonious
wealth of acids.
Zone: The hamlet of Cartizze
in the commune of Valdobbiadene in the Veneto’s
province of Treviso.
Grapes: Prosecco.
Color: Straw yellow with a
vivacious, persistent and subtle perlage.
Bouquet: Elegant scents of
wildflowers and a pleasantly fruity aroma as
well as hints of apples, pears and peaches.
Flavor: Sapid, full and balanced
with a gracious finish. Serve it at 9° C.
(48° F.) outside meals or with desserts.
