The culture of wine starts from the vine, from the ancient acts of viticulture: different ways of pruning, according to the season, grape harvesting, the art of wine making, in a land where the flavour of mature bunches is blended with the hard work of the man, It is easy to recognise the traces of a past, almost forgotten.

The gesture becomes perfect under the guide of the Bisol wine makers.

 

When the sun goes down on the green hills of Prosecco, the body is tired but the mind is serene.

 

If the enthusiasm becomes passion, than the course proposes a real “hands on experience”: The “adoption” of a grape vine, for the year, a chance to witness all the different phases of its growth, until the maximum luxury and the moment of the harvest: an intimate and exclusive rite.

 

 

The oenological study is dedicated to the exclusive producing process of the Bisol Prosecco, and the Classical Method, the charm of the secrets that makes the unique wines produced at Bisol winery.

 

There is the possibility of creating a personal Cuveé, or trying a dégorgement a’ la volée
