cooking classes organized at the “Foresteria
Duca di Dolle”.
Some of the best Chefs from the Prosecco
hills will guide our guests through a
fascinating travel to discover all the
finest and typical recipes and dishes
from Veneto Region, a land of high mountains,
old woods, blue sea and green hills, a
place where it is easy to find, in any
season, typical products.
The cooking classes will be held in
two different ways:
- A weekend that starts
on Thursday and finishes on Sunday (Week-End
Breaks)
- A week long cooking course:
our guests will have the possibility
of looking for ingredients used for
their recipes, guided excursions to
pick up wild herbs, chestnuts, mushrooms,
and visits to local markets are all
part of the experience.
Courses
will include a combination of hands and
demonstration techniques.
